In this stage, participants sit down and talk about
preparation, ingredients and process, where all of the participants,
questions and doubts are resolved beforehand.
- GETTING TO WORK: HANDS-ON
- In this stage, participants put on their aprons and
enjoy the elaboration of the dishes under Maite's supervision.
- "THE TEST OF THE COOKING IS IN THE
EATING"
- In this culminating stage, participants sit down
and enjoy the fruits of their labor, accompanied by good wine and
topping everything off with Pacharán, an indigenous
liquer made from blueberries.
