This complete gastronomic experience is specially
designed for anyone who sees the significance of a well-prepared
table: in its preparation, enjoyment, or its role in making the
company of loved ones and friends more cordial. The dishes originate
from the regional cuisine of Navarre. They are very popular dishes
that are very easy to execute.

The workshop consists of five dishes; an apperitif,
first course, fish, meat, and dessert. These dishes will be typical
of Navarre:

Paella (Spanish rice), Corderito en Chilindrón
(Lamb in sauce), Pimientos del piquillo (Red Navarre specials peppers),
Panaché de verduras (Panache: varied vegetable dish), Ajoarriero
(Cod made Navarre Style), Tortilla de patata (Spanish omelette)
Pastel Vasco (Pithiviers), Canutillos con helado (home-made ice-cream).

However, we can also do other typical Spanish
recipes upon request of the participants with prior notice.

The workshop is held in the warmth of Maite's
very own home. The kitchen is fully adapted for teaching these workshops
with the latest tecknology of Bulthaup, the leading name in professional
kitchen.
